How long do I have to file a dispute?

All claims must be filed within 5 business days of delivery to a U.S. address or international address (if applicable).

If your order is delayed past 21 calendar days since the order was marked as paid, you may be eligible to submit a cancellation request. (30 calendar days on B-Stock Supply.)

Claims associated with stolen property/counterfeit products must be submitted within 90 calendar days of the purchase date.
