Surveys & Training
We poll our workforce for anonymous feedback regularly to see how B-Stock is doing in the areas of DE&I, and hold ourselves accountable. All employees are required to complete mandatory training on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Unconscious Bias Awareness.
Internship Program
Internship Program participants here at B-Stock join us for a 10-12 week (paid) internship project. While under our wing, our interns receive career development training, executive coaching and one-on-one sponsorship with a B-Stock management member, with a focus on building a supportive community of peers.
Employee Resource Groups
We’re excited to launch Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support, promote and celebrate groups of employees who have come together around shared characteristics or life experiences. We’re currently listening to find out what is important to our employees…more to come!
