How do bank refunds work?

In order to proceed with a bank transfer, please provide the following information:

For US Bank Transfers:

1. Reply confirming your bank is a US bank
2. We will notify our finance team to start the refund process
3. You will receive an email from Stripe within 1 hour
4. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to link the US bank account you want the refund sent to
5. You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe once the refund has been sent

For International Banks:

1. Beneficiary Name
2. Beneficiary Address
3. IBAN/Account #
4. Bank SWIFT Code #
