After you have reported a problem with your order, you can expect a B-Stock Mediator to take the following steps:
1. The B-Stock Mediator will review your dispute and order details to make sure the problem qualifies for Mediation.
2. If the reported problem qualifies for Mediation, the B-Stock Mediator will work with you to gather all the evidence and information needed to proceed.
3. The B-Stock Mediator will work with you to develop a reasonable resolution to propose to the seller. The most common type of resolution is a partial refund from the seller. Most sellers will not replace merchandise or allow returns.
4. The B-Stock Mediator will send the details of the dispute and the proposed resolution to the seller.
5. If and when the seller agrees to the proposed resolution, the B-Stock Mediator will take the necessary steps to process the resolution.
