What’s the difference between an Owner and a Member?

Members can bid, pay, manage shipping addresses, and handle disputes. Owners can do all of that, plus add, remove, and change the roles of other users.

An account can have more than one Owner, and Owners can switch anyone between Member and Owner. Every account needs at least one Owner.
