What is B-Stock’s dispute process?

In the unlikely event that a dispute arises between a buyer and seller regarding the type, quality, or quantity of the merchandise, B-Stock will assist the parties in finding an amicable resolution, both sides considered.

If a buyer, upon receiving their order, feels that the seller has misrepresented the lot in the listing, they’ll be able to initiate the dispute process. Within a few business days, a mediator will reach out to both parties via email to evaluate which party, if any, is at fault according to the listing, the order received, and any contracts or agreements that the parties may have in place.
