What can I expect after filing a dispute?

After you file a claim, your complaint will be evaluated by a designated mediator. While your claim is being evaluated, do not sell or alter products until B-Stock collects all evidence and rules out the possibility of a return.

Dispute claim and shipping claim processing times can differ depending on the nature of the dispute, but every effort will be made to finalize your claim within 10 business days.
