What are the specific deadlines for buyers and sellers after a dispute is filed?

The deadlines are as follows:

  • 2 business days for the buyer to provide any additional substantiation after they file their claim and a B-Stock Mediator has requested that they do so.
  • 2 business days for the buyer to propose a resolution after it is solicited by the mediator.
  • 1 business day for the seller to agree to or counter the proposal.
  • 1 business day for the buyer to agree to or counter the proposal.
  • If the buyer and seller don’t agree after a reasonable amount of time they are given, there will be a final 2 business day deadline to agree or the decision will be arbitrated.

Any B-Stock administrative-related delays will not cause your case to go to arbitration.

B-Stock strives to help resolve disputes in a timely manner. Please note that there is not a guaranteed timeframe of how long it can take as each dispute and seller are different.
