Seller Delivery Policy – Auctions
To create the right shopping experience on B-Stock Supply, there is a maximum shipping time allowed on any auction. The expectation for any parcel (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.) is that delivery will be advertised as taking no longer than 2 weeks. Any auction specifying a longer delivery period will not be accepted.

Seller Delivery Policy – Orders
Any parcel package (does not apply to freight / pallets) for which a tracking number has been provided that does not show any movement after two weeks from the shipping date, will be considered not shipped. The order may then be canceled along with the potential of a seller cancelation fee assessment. If the order is shipped after cancellation, the seller will forfeit the merchandise and the payment.
