What can I do to ensure my order is delivered successfully?

1. The shipping carrier will reach out to you to schedule your order delivery (this can vary by storefront).

If for whatever reason you can no longer receive your order that day, reach out to the carrier or contact us so we can help you get in touch with the carrier.

2. Be present on the day the order is expected to be delivered.

3. Contact the seller ahead of time and request insurance, signature delivery, etc in the case of a claim.

4. If the order is marked delivered and not received, contact us immediately so we can assist.
