What happens if my payment doesn’t go through?

If your payment doesn’t process successfully, you’ll be notified and a 48-hour resolution window opens. During that time, you can manually complete the payment or update your payment method. If the payment isn’t resolved within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

Common reasons your payment may have failed:

Insufficient Balance – When we attempt to process your payment, you may notice an immediate payment failure. In order to resolve this, ensure that your selected payment account is topped off and that it remains topped off 3-4 days after your initial payment submission date.

Bank Decline – Banks often enforce a validation check with you, the account holder, to ensure that transactions made on the account are legitimate. They may ask for your confirmation before they are able to process your payment. In the event that your payment fails, reach out to your bank and make sure that Stripe/B-Stock and the amount you’re paying for are cleared, then try again.
