B-Stock is so excited to welcome Daniel Chung to the People Operations team this winter! As a winter extern, we know Daniel will be an incredible asset to the company. Daniel is currently studying Computer Science at Carleton College. Learn a bit more about Daniel and see his answers to some questions below.

Q: What are you most excited to learn at B-Stock?

Mostly, I am excited to learn about the community and culture in a professional work environment.

Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? (Or still want to be!)

I wanted to be a pilot because planes fascinate me in general.

Q: What is one piece of advice you’ve been given that has stuck?

Things fall apart.

Q: Where can people find you after work or school?

I like to play basketball during my free time on any outside court I can find.

Q: What is a hidden talent of yours?

Being able to get very addicted.

Q: What plays in the background while you work (music genre, podcast, news)?

I love listening to any chill beat type of music (lofi, indie, etc.) when working.

Q: Where would you go with unlimited PTO?

Dubai/Singapore

Q: What do you do when you’re stuck creatively? How do you get the creative juices flowing?

Turn off the music followed by a couple of long deep breaths and a glass of water.

Q: What’s something you’ve accomplished that you’re proud of?

Q: What is one thing you hope to contribute to B-Stock?

By interacting with the community here at B-Stock and getting to know the culture better, I hope to promote wellness and positive vibes, allowing further growth between colleagues.
