My order is delayed, what do I do?

2. Review the listing details for any information specific to the storefront. You can click the listing title from your Order Details page.

3. Review the shipping page for the storefront.

4. Reach out to Customer Service if you have not received an update and it is past the timeframe listed for the storefront.

If your order is delayed past 21 calendar days since the order was marked as paid, you may be eligible to submit a cancellation request.
