I won…now what?

1. Confirm your shipping address
After winning, you will have a short window to review and confirm your shipping address — including any suite or unit number, and whether a liftgate is required for LTL shipments. Please review this carefully, as your address cannot be changed once payment has been processed.

2. Payment processes automatically
Once the address confirmation window closes, your selected payment method is charged automatically. There is no need to log back in to pay — it’s handled for you.

Note: Payment method is selected and locked in when you place your bid. It cannot be changed after you win.

3. Wait for your order to arrive
Once your order updates to a ‘Shipped’ status, you can track it directly on your Order Details page.

4. Follow best practices for receiving your order

What if my payment doesn’t go through?

If your payment fails, you’ll be notified, and a 48-hour window opens for you to resolve it manually. If the payment isn’t resolved within that window, the order may be cancelled.
