I won…now what?

1. Confirm your address to ensure the information is correct, such as any suite or unit number or if the order is a LTL if you need a lift-gate.

2. Pay for your order – you have 2 business days to do so. Instructions on how to pay for your order can be found on the Order Details page of your Buyer Profile.

Note: Once an order is marked as ‘Paid’ you won’t be able to change or update your address.

3. Wait for your order to arrive – Once your order updates to a ‘Shipped’ status you can track it directly on your Order Details page.

4. Follow best practices for receiving your order
