Ready to join the world’s largest B2B platform for returned and excess inventory?
Consider this your quick start guide to registering on B-Stock as an international buyer. We list all the information you will need to have on hand, including which sellers are available to international buyers and shipping requirements.
Regardless of where in the world you live, all B-Stock buyers are required to have a valid resale business. That means your business intends to sell inventory purchased on B-Stock.
There are a few things to note before you apply:
International buyers can purchase inventory from select US storefronts that allow reselling outside of the US. Buyers from Canada can also purchase inventory located in Canada. EU & UK buyers – inventory located in the EU & UK. Select Canadian and European inventory can be resold outside of the country of origin. See detailed rules below.
List of US sellers that allow reselling inventory outside of the US. Please note that a US address is still required to ship the inventory. If you do not have a US address, you can use a freight forwarder (see more details here). Sellers cannot provide any additional documentation for exporting.
Some listings may have special restrictions; please pay attention to listing information.

Accepted documentation by region:

How To Upload Your Certificate
Pro Tip: The #1 reason profile approvals get delayed is an invalid resale certificate. Double-check that yours is up-to-date!
International buyers are responsible for arranging their own shipping. If you’re using a freight forwarder with a US address, you must provide a shipping document on the company’s letterhead confirming you are a current customer authorized to use that address.
Here is a sample of what a shipping document looks like:
