Sam’s Club offers contracts for overstock out of their fulfillment centers and customer returns from their store locations nationwide.
Shipping Details
- Buyers can arrange their own shipping or use CH Robinson
- Inventory is floor loaded
- Items in these lots all exceed the dimensions to ship UPS/FedEx
Overstock Contracts

- This facility can range from 1 to 10 Truckloads per month
- Average of 40 units per SKU. This can vary greatly.
- Payment is required same day as order assignment
- Program will be set up with drop trailers and shipping rate will be updated to reflect that cost for the winner. Expect a slightly higher shipping rate.
Store Returns Contracts
Store returns contracts are the best for buyers within 200 miles of a store and who can pickup orders or arrange their own shipments.
- Contains a mix of returns and overstock across several categories.
- Average store returns volume is 5-30 pallets per month, typically good condition merchandise
- Most stores produce an average of 2-4 pallets per week.
- Orders are typically created once or twice per week, estimated 2 pallets per order.
- Seasonally, larger volumes of overstock and overall inventory volume will increase for a few weeks.

Contracts are priced at the category-level for the following categories:

- General Merchandise
- Grocery
Store returns contain a mix of the above categories.
