Can I request a higher credit limit?

Yes. If your current credit limit isn’t sufficient for your business needs, you can request an increase through the Balance payment portal.

How to request an increase

  1. Log in to the Balance payment portal
  2. Click Request Increase
  3. Enter your requested credit limit, based on your expected spending with B-Stock. 
  4. You’ll receive an email invitation to securely provide additional financial information. You can choose one or more of the following options:
    1. Add business owner information
    2. Share sales data from your eCommerce platform (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, PayPal Business, Square, eBay, and others)
    3. Upload recent financial documents
  5. You’ll be notified within 3 business days once your request has been reviewed.

If you’d rather discuss your limit increase by phone, you can provide your phone number and a member of the Balance team will contact you within 3 business days.

What to know

  • You can submit a request once every 30 days
  • Additional financial documentation may strengthen your request

Note: Your business’s payment history is actively monitored, meaning your credit limit may automatically increase over time based on high utilization and consistent, timely payments.
