Sean will be speaking on the topic of: “Improving Customer Communication Related to Device Grading” on Tuesday, November 12 at 3:15pm. The session will cover the importance of universal conditioning codes for the secondary market and how having established/consistent grading for devices can: increase customer loyalty; lower dispute/return rate; and in the case of an online auction site, can increase pricing.
