B-Stock is so excited to welcome Riley Yang to the Business Operations team this summer! As a summer teammate, we know Riley will be an incredible asset to the company. Riley is currently studying Psychology at the University of Washington. Learn a bit more about Riley and see his answers to some questions below.

Q: What are you most excited to learn at B-Stock?

I’m most excited to learn firsthand how an office works and how I can best contribute to an already well-functioning workplace.

Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? (Or still want to be!)

When I was a kid, I wanted to be an NBA player.

Q: What is one piece of advice you’ve been given that has stuck?

Treat others the way you want to be treated. I think that if you treat people with respect and dignity, they’re more likely to help when you need it.

Q: Where can people find you after work or school?

On the basketball courts, at restaurants, at home, or wherever my friends are.

Q: What is a hidden talent of yours?

I can play the alto saxophone.

Q: What plays in the background while you work (music genre, podcast, news)?

Hip-hop or RnB

Q: Where would you go with unlimited PTO?

Barbados

Q: What do you do when you’re stuck creatively? How do you get the creative juices flowing?

Hoop at a nearby park, listen to some music, take a walk

Q: What’s something you’ve accomplished that you’re proud of?

Some basketball awards

Q: What is one thing you hope to contribute to B-Stock?

I just hope to contribute as much as I can whenever I can.
