B-Stock is so excited to welcome Kassandra Jordan to the Engineering team this summer! As a summer teammate, we know Kassandra will be an incredible asset to the company. “Sleep on it.” No matter the application, I have always found this advice helpful. Stuck debugging? Sleep on it. Want to buy a mattress? Sleep on it.
You can find me doing whatever is my newest hobby (rock climbing), watching TV (on a Star Trek binge between Discovery, DS9, and SNW), or reading. I am also always open to trying new things so I will hopefully be out and about.
I can draw pretty well!
I tend to work best with white noise in the background or with music in languages I cannot understand.
I would visit every country and maybe dabble in some flavor of journalism.
Listening to music or taking walks have always helped me when I have hit a wall creatively. To get back into it, I tend to create anything as a mock-up to reduce the pressure of getting something correct the first go around.
I am proud of myself for exploring different hobbies and fields (which eventually led me to computer science).
I hope to contribute to a positive and supportive environment. In terms of deliverability, I would love to see our current project to completion.
