B-Stock Supply is launching a new Seller Rating System feature. We want this program to increase trust between buyers and sellers on the Supply marketplace. The new rating system will allow buyers to rate their buying experience, submit feedback, and contribute overall to a seller’s rating on B-Stock Supply. We’re encouraging buyers to provide an open and honest evaluation of their buying experience with sellers. Before the rating feature can go live (with published ratings), we’re collecting reviews and compiling the data from our buyers.

Here’s how it works:

Once the buyer receives an order delivered confirmation email (like the one below), he or she will have the ability to rate his/her transaction on a scale of one to five stars.

By clicking on the star ratings it will then take the buyer to “My Orders.” On the orders that are marked as delivered, the buyer can answer a few questions about his or her experience and also write a personalized review of the transaction with the seller.

Once finished, the buyer will click Submit Feedback and receive a confirmation message just like this one from us.

And that’s all it takes! In the next several weeks, once we’ve received enough transaction ratings, we’ll launch the new Seller Rating System. We hope you’ll help us make B-Stock Supply the best – and most trusted – place to buy and sell returned, excess, and other liquidation merchandise.

Questions? We’re here to help. If you’re a buyer, please reach out to our Customer Support team. Supply sellers, please contact your account manager for more information.

"I feel so confident shopping and bidding on items knowing that I am going to get what I paid for. And if not, there’s a killer customer service team that’s going to make sure everything’s alright in the end. That’s huge. It’s hard to take that risk when you’re first starting out."
