- Unit retails in each manifest may be inaccurate and/or outdated and cannot be adjusted
About Customer Returns
- Items will show heavy signs of use from handling and/or customer exposure that is sellable without repairs needed
- Packaging may range from original retail packaging to damaged or missing
- There is no guarantee as to the ratio of packaging types present
Glossary
Amazon uses specific terminology to describe their inventory; below is a glossary to help you understand the inventory details:
- FBA – short for Fulfilled By Amazon, these items are owned by 3rd party sellers on Amazon’s marketplace
- FC – Fulfillment Center inventory
- LPN – short for License Plate Number, this describes Amazon-owned Retail inventory. Generally branded inventory or higher quality items than sold via FBA.
- Mediums: these items are larger than a shoebox but fit on a conveyor belt
- Non-sortable: also called “mediums”
- Smalls: these items are smaller than a shoebox
- Sortable: also called “smalls” or “high piece count”
