SHIPPING INFORMATION

The shipping cost is automatically generated on the live auction page. Shipments are fulfilled by Estes or YRC; the carrier is based on the location of the inventory (See table below). You can change your shipping address to update the freight cost.

The calculated shipping price is final, besides any shipping adjustment credit you may receive.

Buyers may not arrange their own shipping, pick up orders themselves, or pay upon pickup.

The number of pallets and weight of the shipment listed on the Auction Details page are estimates only.

The address on file at the time of your payment will be used for shipping. You cannot change your shipping address once your order has been marked as paid.

There is a $135 minimum shipping cost for each order sold on Amazon Liquidation Auctions, regardless of size.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. This will confirm whether items are missing from your shipment and a shipping adjustment credit, if applicable.

Tracking information will be provided 1-3 business days after your order has been marked as shipped.

Orders may take up to 28 days after payment to ship.

If your Order has not been prepared for shipment by Amazon within 14 days it will be cancelled automatically with a full refund and you will be notified via email.

If your Order is missing more than 30% of the items listed while being prepared, it will be canceled automatically with a full refund and you will be notified via email.

Most orders will be shipped LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight on pallets, even if the inventory is smaller merchandise. Orders 150 lbs or less may be split into multiple parcel shipments instead of being shipped LTL. Some LTL shipments may also be split into multiple shipments.

In the event of an inventory shortage, Amazon will also provide a shipping adjustment credit based on the percentage of items missing, when your order is shipped.

For example:

If your order has 100 units and 8 are missing, you will receive an 8% shipping adjustment credit added to your account when your order is shipped

You will receive a “Balance Adjustment” email, notifying you of the credit amount for any inventory shortages and shipment adjustment credits and a link to view the updated manifest of what was shipped.

Buyers are responsible for unloading all trucks. The unloading location of your Order must have a loading dock or forklift in order to unload the goods, as not every Carrier truck is guaranteed to have a liftgate.

Unloading / lumper fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Buyer.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the delivery of any purchased inventory, including any applicable storage or other costs assessed by such Carrier in the event of such Carrier's inability to deliver such inventory to you.

Consolidation of multiple orders into one shipment is not currently available through Amazon.
