Buyers can take advantage of Amazon’s negotiated discounted shipping rates. The shipping cost is provided on all auctions. Shipping is fulfilled by YRC and Estes; the carrier is based on the location of the inventory. (See table below). There is a $135 minimum shipping cost for all orders, regardless of size. All orders will be shipped on pallets, even if the contents are smaller merchandise. Please note that the listed pallet count and weight are estimates only, and your order may be larger or smaller than what is detailed on the auction page. As this variance in order size is expected, no credits are given as the result of a shipment being larger or smaller than the estimate that is listed.
The shipping charge to your shipping address on file is displayed on the auction detail page. You can change the shipping address information to update the freight cost. This cost will be charged in addition to your winning bid amount, and the total order amount must be paid in full. The address on file at the time of your payment will be used for shipping. You cannot change your shipping address after payment is complete.
Orders will be ready for shipment after payment is received and your additional business information has been submitted and confirmed by Amazon. Orders are generally shipped 2-3 weeks after payment, however your order shipment may take up to 6 weeks due to holiday peak fulfillment delays. Please note, at the time auctions are sold, the merchandise is not assembled; this additional time allows Amazon to prepare your order for shipment. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments; Tracking information will be provided 1-3 business days after your order has shipped.
Orders can experience inventory shortages, as some inventory is still being actively sold on Amazon.com, and may be sold at retail prior to the auction being completed. Please know, in the event of an inventory shortage, Amazon will provide a shipping adjustment credit based on the percentage of items missing, when your order is shipped.
For example, if your order has 100 units and 8 are missing, you will receive an 8% shipping adjustment credit added to your account when your order is shipped. You will receive an email notifying you of your credit amount when your order is shipped, along with a link to view the updated manifest.
Buyers are responsible for unloading all trucks. The unloading location of your order must have a loading dock or forklift in order to unload the goods, as not every carrier truck is guaranteed to have a liftgate. Unloading/lumper fees, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer. There is no option to arrange your own transportation.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the delivery of any purchased Inventory to you, including any applicable storage or other costs assessed by such carrier in the event of such carrier's inability to deliver such Inventory to you. Unfortunately, consolidation of multiple orders into one shipment is not currently available through Amazon.
