B-STOCK BLUE - SHIPPING INFORMATION

CHR is responsible for all B-Stock Blue shipments. Orders typically ship within 3 business days of payment (assuming no buyer delivery scheduling delays).

B-Stock Blue orders come with the following benefits:

  • Inventory coming from a centralized processing center
  • 3rd party verified manifests
  • On platform shipment tracking
  • No fulfillment cancellations
  • Minimal shortages
  • Inventory listed is verified as available
  • Order ships in full
  • Order consolidation is available (See Below for Details)

Buyers are responsible for unloading all trucks. It is recommended that the unloading location of your order has a loading dock or forklift in order to unload the goods, as most carrier trucks will not have a liftgate. If you need a liftgate the fee will be $50. There's a $50 fee for residential deliveries. Unloading/lumper fees, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please visit the B-Stock Blue page for more information.

Consolidation

Carriers will try to consolidate multiple “Paid” LTL Orders from the same Seller warehouse into a single truckload (TL) shipment where possible.

Sellers will not hold orders for consolidation while waiting for payment.

If your address requires a liftgate your Orders are not eligible for consolidation into a full truckload shipment.

If your Orders are eligible for consolidation the Carrier will automatically consolidate them into a single truckload and refund you the difference in cost with a B-Stock credit for use on future orders. Consolidation credits are processed 2-3 weeks after your order has been delivered.

All credits from the carriers are final and cannot be disputed. If you do not receive a credit within this timeframe, you can contact us here: Get In Touch With B-Stock, please DO NOT reach out to the carrier regarding credit amount, otherwise they will escalate it back to B-Stock. B-Stock Customer Service team will advise on the status of the credit.

Consolidations are not guaranteed.

STANDARD - SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipments are fulfilled by Estes, ArcBest, CEVA or Pilot; the carrier is based on the location of the inventory. You can change your shipping address to update the freight cost.

The shipping cost is automatically generated on the live auction page. The calculated shipping price is final, besides any shipping adjustment credit you may receive.

Buyers may not arrange their own shipping, pick up orders themselves, or pay upon pickup.

The number of pallets and weight of the shipment listed on the Auction Details page are estimates only.

The address on file at the time of your payment will be used for shipping. You cannot change your shipping address once your order has been marked as paid.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. This will confirm whether items are missing from your shipment and a shipping adjustment credit, if applicable.

Orders may take up to 28 days after payment to ship.

Your order may be canceled if it is determined a large portion of the inventory cannot be fulfilled.

Orders shipping via Estes, ArcBest, CEVA or Pilot will be shipped LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight on pallets. Multiple pallet orders will be shipped individually and are not guaranteed to ship at the same time. Orders that end up being 150lbs or less may be shipped via UPS parcel & may arrive in multiple shipments. Additionally, if there are remaining items for your order that would not fit on the pallet(s), or otherwise would not be cost effective to ship LTL, these will ship via UPS parcel & may arrive in multiple shipments.

In the event of an inventory shortage, Amazon will also provide a shipping adjustment credit based on the percentage of items missing, when your order is shipped.

For example:

If your order has 100 units and 8 are missing, you will receive an 8% shipping adjustment credit added to your account when your order is shipped

You will receive a “Balance Adjustment” email, notifying you of the credit amount for any inventory shortages and shipment adjustment credits and a link to view the updated manifest of what was shipped.

Amazon has confirmed that each truck should include a liftgate. However, it is highly recommended that you utilize a receiving location with a loading dock or forklift in order to unload the goods whenever possible. If you will require a liftgate for your order, please make sure to opt in to the request for a liftgate for your selected shipping address.

Unloading / lumper fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Buyer.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the delivery of any purchased inventory, including any applicable storage or other costs assessed by such Carrier in the event of such Carrier's inability to deliver such inventory to you.

Consolidation of multiple orders into one shipment is not currently available for standard Amazon orders.
