- If your resale document has errors (such as an incorrect sales tax number) someone from our team will be reaching out via email so you are able to correct your form. Keep an eye out! Sometimes our emails can be caught in the spam, junk, or promotional folders of your email service provider.
- If you haven't heard from us in over two business days, submit a request.
