Refurbished
Merchandise that has been repaired to full functionality but may have signs of wear or use unless otherwise specified.
Used - Good Condition
Merchandise with signs of use from handling and/or customer exposure that is sellable without repairs needed.
Used - Fair Condition
Merchandise with heavy signs of use from handling and/or customer exposure that is likely in need of repair prior to resale.
Salvage Condition
Merchandise requiring significant repairs prior to resale or else will be used for parts/components only.
Mixed Condition
Can include products of any quality, including salvage. There's no guarantee of one particular product condition unless specified in the manifest or auction details.
Scratch & Dent Appliances
Unused merchandise with signs of handling and/or warehouse exposure that is sellable without repairs needed.
B-Stock Mobile and Electronics Conditions
Grade A
Like New condition with minimal scratches and blemishes. If applicable, external LDI not triggered
Grade B
Light wear and tear. Allow for more scratches and blemishes than Grade A but no lens cracks or any surface. If applicable, external LDI not triggered
Grade C
More aggressive wear and tear. Allow for some cracks on certain surface areas such as camera lens, rear lens but not on display cover lens. If applicable, external viewable LDI not triggered
Grade D
Heavy cosmetic damage with cover lens cracks on applicable devices. Will have excessive damage on multiple surface areas and cracks on the cover lens but not on internal display structure. Missing small parts such as side keys, finger print sensor, speakers, flexes, front camera, daughter boards, camera/flash lens and internal mechanical parts (Display, PCBA, Main/Rear Camera, Housing and Battery not considered small). Externally viewable LDI triggered but no corrosion
Grade E
Heavy cosmetic damage with display internal structure damage. Will have excessive damage on multiple surface areas including internal display structure. Externally viewable LDI triggered with or without corrosion
B-Stock Packaging Conditions
Shrink wrapped with corner boards
Original packaging has been removed, but products are protected with corner boards, bubble wrap, and shrink wrap.
