Hello B-stock team Of the 20 units 12 of the earbuds are only holding a charge of 20 minutes or less. One only lasts 6 minutes before completely dying. The description on these were "Refurbished. Merchandise that has been repaired to full functionality but may have signs of wear or use unless otherwise specified." This is not the case. I would like to know the options for a refund.
