Items arrived incomplete in a opened box with over 20% missing. Seller, through the so called third party mediator asked me to deal with it through UPS. Today, September 12th, UPS arrived our location to pickup the incomplete order we received to ship back to seller contrary to what we discussed. I have spend over 5 hours going back and forth with UPS on a simple incomplete order that the so called 3rd party mediator did not want to deal with. One of the main complains from UPS is that the shipper who not willing to assist in the resolution of the incomplete package It is totally unacceptable for a buyer to spend an entire day trying to resolve an order they fully paid for but the seller & so called 3rd party mediator careless about. The 3rd party Mediator had even gone as far as informed me that they have closed by claims meanwhile I'm still short over 20% of my goods....... This is REALLY, REALLY MOST UNFORTUNATE to say the least
