I received my order today (Order #SUP378117) from B-Stock Supply, listed as Home Bedding & Textiles by Hotel Collection, Charter Club & more in “Like New Condition.” The listing stated 6 boxes, but only one box arrived, and there was no email or tracking for the rest. The box came in a used Costco box, not from the listed Miami location, but from Charlotte, NC. Inside were used, dirty bedding, towels, and pillows with strong cigarette odor, missing tags, and packed in a vacuum bag. This is not shelf-pull or like-new merchandise—it’s clearly customer returns. The smell filled my home, and I’m worried the items might not even be safe to handle. I filed a dispute and requested a full refund. This is extremely disappointing, especially for small buyers investing their savings and trusting the platform. Condition fair at best. Used filthy throws and towels. Way to crush my hopes and dreams about this place

The unit retail price of some of the items auctioned were misrepresented. Some of the items were not worth $3.99 despite the least unit retail price in the manifest being $35. I won't be able to recover my cost of purchase plus shipping from the items received.
