This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in 20 years in the logistics and auction industry. I can't even tell you if the goods are as described because after well over a month we still don't have our load. It has apparently been lost after shipping charges were apparently calculated incorrectly in the first place. The load isn't even secure anymore in the sense of continuity if they have lost it so who knows what we may end up receiving. I received a shipped notification and then a delivered notification at the same time on the 13th of December for it being delivered apparently in October. None of this has made any sense or added up.... Complete nightmare and headache. In all of this, Kyle Magner at bstock and Adam Cook of CH Robinson have been extremely helpful and without them attempting to resolve the issues and being patient, Our company would have moved on from doing business. We are thankful to them for their help and hope that bstock and CH Robinson can rectify these issues or at the very least have woot make up for the wasted time and money that our business has now lost due to these issues

Seller/product is ok, however the shipping company they have chosen and require you to use is terrible. I purchased this order on July 20th and received it September 6th after multiple failed promises to deliver it. The whole shipping part of the transaction was unacceptable and the buying experience would be much better if the customer could use their own shipping method.
