Items were all beat up because the seller put a bunch of heavy items in a flimsy box. The box fell apart in shipping. The seller tried to deceive the postal service by not applying enough postage. They STILL owe me $66 for the postage due!

We purchased new unlocked phones that turned out to be used phones and one was missing the back and another one was missing the battery. The seller was not helpfull in taking things back. From begining terrible experience.

Was a little bit of a hassle but things finally were worked out, so I'd definitely give the seller another shot. Things happen and we understand, but please verify the items that are listed as they are described for all future listings. We were missing one phone in the order that was on manifest but not in the order that we received and 8 of the phones that were supposed to be new and sealed had previously been opened. One of the phones that was resealed was missing the battery and all the paperwork, The other seven that were supposed to be new and sealed were missing most of the documentation that would have originally been included in a new not opened box and those were all taped up mostly from the bottom where they were in fact not new. Future buyers be sure to check manifest and packaging carefully.
