Be careful when dealing with this seller. They combined orders from 2 separate auctions I won when they shipped the phones to me. One order was as described. This one was not. They shipped me a iPhone 11 with a cracked up back after they had stated in the auction that it was a 9.5 out of a 10 grade A with no damage. Used the dispute process and was very reasonable with my request for a $100 to $150 refund to cover the repairs and was willing to give them the chance to make it right. They refused to do anything at all about it. I should have payed attention to the other negative reviews they had received in the past. They claim they can be trusted but in reality they should be avoided completely for misrepresenting the products they are selling. I believe they have the ability to be a very reputable seller…But unfortunately they have decided to be dishonest and untrustworthy instead. I can no longer recommend them in any way. Unless you want to lose money and time purchase from someone else. You will be happy you did.
