the seller stated a liftgate was requried upon pickup, but they never stated this was residential. When booking freight, a buyer would assume they need a big truck, even with a liftgate. That is in fact what i booked only to find out that this was in fact at a home where only a small truck like fedex or ups could get with a smaller truck. The freight cost me much more than what was quoted for the first truck that was booked that couldn't get there, then to find a smaller company that could get there to pick up a larger load. Had i known this, i would not have bid very much or at all on this because you can't make any money, in fact loose.
