***BEWARE OF SELLER, won't get what they advertise. *** Buyer had to arrange shipping based off the weight and box amount they provided. once I received package and invoice I got charged extra due to them giving wrong count On boxes. and they said they forgot it came with charges and didn't include it in final case count. 2nd issue was product wasn't as described. post says all Chromebooks where refurbished to working condition and only had minor wear and tare but almost half of the chromebooks didn't work and or would only turn on if they were plugged in witch means they have a bad battery, some had missing buttons or broken screen. 3rd issue was the amount I received wasn't the amount on the post. I received 120 versus the 127 the post said. 4th issue was charges. I only received 100 charges and 20 of those charges were for a different style of computer. I tried to fix this issue right away thru them to avoid giving them a bad review but I kept on getting promised a refund or a return label so we can do a return nut after a week or so they said they rather go thru b stock and at this point it was past dead line or complaint and now they won't keep there promise of doing a partial refund or won't even respond to me now. I understand mistakes happen. they said they fired some employees due to having multiple issues of this kind with different costumers but now they are avoiding communication with me. please be careful what you buy with this seller!
