These items were sold as shelf pulls, but were almost all customer returns with customer information still on packaging meaning I should have received Shelf Pulls, ie: Never sold at retail, but may show signs of customer contact; may have incomplete or damaged packaging. What I got : Customer Returns Purchased at retail and returned for any reason. May need repair before reselling; pay attention to the seller’s dispute and transaction history and bid accordingly. I still have a majority of the items and can therefore can still show that items are customer retuns . At the time I purchased this auction I was a new buyer and didn't have the experience and knowledge to discern all the nuances. In addidtion the shipment was sent to the wrong address and I requested an adjustment on the shipping that never happened.
