| Grade B |
The second-best quality of a refurbished device. Fully functional but light scuffing on the bezel and light scratches on the case. Also, it can be on body as a result of a gentle use. |
| Grade C |
The fair quality of a refurbished device. 100% in working order, but will have more scratches and signs of wear and tear as a result of heavy, daily use. |
| Grade D |
A faulty/damaged device that powers up & has operational/functional LCD |

- Some cracks on certain surface areas such as camera lens, rear lens but not on display cover lens
- Externally viewable LDI not triggered

- Heavy cosmetic damage with cover lens cracks
- Excessive damage on multiple surface areas and cracks on the cover lens but not on internal display structure
- Externally viewable LDI triggered but no corrosion
- May have burn in and/or Dead Pixels
- May be missing small parts such as side keys, finger print sensor, speakers etc. Internal mechanical parts such as Display, PCBA, Rear camera, Battery are not considered small parts
