Samsung Mobile Auctions cell phones ranges in quality and inventory condition and is highlighted at the individual auction listing level. The range of mobile device conditions include grades A+, A, B, B- and C.
- Condition Grade A+
- The same Samsung engineers who build the new devices take it apart, inspect it, replace damaged parts, reassemble it and update the software. Each remanufactured device must pass more than 400 rigorous tests to make sure it’s back to its original condition. System locks via User/FRP/SIM/FindMyIPhone/Antitheft are disabled. Successfully wiped of personal content via systemic or manual clear method. Device is confirmed as not blacklisted via 3rd party tool.
- Condition Grade A
- Units are in pristine condition with no cosmetic flaws when viewed from 18”. The device will power on and off using the power button. System locks via User/FRP/SIM/FindMyIPhone/Antitheft are disabled. Successfully wiped of personal content via systemic or manual clear method. Device is confirmed as not blacklisted via 3rd party tool. Touchscreen works to navigate settings menu. No major visual display issues.
- Condition Grade B
- Units will have minor cosmetic flaws when viewed from 18”. The device will power on and off using the power button. System locks via User/FRP/SIM/FindMyIPhone/Antitheft are disabled. Successfully wiped of personal content via systemic or manual clear method. Device is confirmed as not blacklisted via 3rd party tool. Touchscreen works to navigate settings menu. No major visual display issues.
- Condition Grade B-
- Screens may have three or more ½ inch scratches, and may have delamination where the screen peels causing discoloration on the lens. Housing may have three or more ½ inch scratches and/or three dents or dings that are typically caused by dropping the device. The device will power on and off using the power button. Touchscreen works to navigate settings menu, with no major visual display issues. System locks via User/FRP/SIM/FindMyIPhone/Antitheft are disabled. Successfully wiped of personal content via systemic or manual clear method. Device is confirmed as not blacklisted via 3rd party tool.
- Condition Grade C
- Units may have cracked, broken or corroded charging ports, SIM, or battery terminal contacts. Units may be cracked, broken, warped and/or missing housing, buttons or keys. Units may have cracked or broken main and/or caller ID displays or camera lenses. The device will power on and off using the power button. System locks via User/FRP/SIM/FindMyIPhone/Antitheft are disabled. Successfully wiped of personal content via systemic or manual clear method. Device is confirmed as not blacklisted via 3rd party tool. Touchscreen may not work to navigate settings menu, and may have major visual display issues. Shipped & Direct From Locations
Samsung Mobile Auctions delivers its inventory direct through the use of 3rd party distribution centers. Individual auction listings typically highlight the location the inventory in that listing will be shipped directly from.
Marketplace Buyer Restrictions
Samsung Mobile Auctions, at this time, only allows U.S. buyers to purchase their liquidated mobile phone inventory. Mobile handsets sold on this site may not directly or indirectly be distributed or sold outside of the United States. To register, bid and buy, you must have a valid resale certificate matching your company's ship-to address. Samsung Mobile Auctions only accepts state-specific documents.
