Restricted Items
At B-Stock, we connect the best and biggest sellers with the world's largest network of buyers to create value for everyone. However, B-Stock does place restrictions on the types of products that can be sold.
Firstly, understand that, as a seller, it is ultimately your responsibility to:
- Source all of your goods legally & ethically
- Represent all lots honestly to potential buyers
- Understand your own suppliers’ requirements & expectations regarding the secondary market
To protect sellers, buyers, and B-Stock alike, there are several types of items that B-Stock will not list:
Banned Item Category
Counterfeit, Stolen & Illegal Goods
Drugs, Medication & Controlled Substances
Weapons, Flammables, Corrosives & Explosives
Recalls & Other
Description
Examples
Any item that seeks to misrepresent itself to end consumers as a real version of a branded product. Additionally, any wares that were acquired illegally, or are illegal to own.
- Fake designer apparel
- Counterfeit tools, toys & other devices
- Pirated video games, movies & other media
- Expired medications
- Alcoholic beverages
- Tobacco products
- e-Cigarettes & cartridges
- THC-containing products
- Hookahs, pipes & smoking paraphernalia
Any substance that is regulated by US law, or product that is illegal for consumption or use by those under a certain age.
Any item designed to kill or injure. Further, any items that could ignite, explode, or otherwise cause serious bodily harm.
- Firearms & ammunition
- Firearm parts & accessories
- Pepper spray
- Stunguns & tasers
- Knives & switchblades
- Combustible fuels & strong industrial chemicals
Any product that has been recalled by its manufacturer, or that B-Stock has deemed inappropriate for sale on its marketplaces.

- Digital downloads & product keys
Note: These categories and examples are not exhaustive. Items can be added to or removed from this list at any time in compliance with the law and at B-Stock’s sole discretion.
Further, B-stock reserves the right to remove any listing that it deems dishonest, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate. In the event of a policy violation, B-Stock may apply additional disciplinary actions as the company sees fit, including but not limited to fines, platform lockouts and bans, and legal action.
