• All merchandise will show signs of distress. This can be in the form of wear & tear from use or due to a manufacturer defect. Please see Merchandise Conditions, below.
• All merchandise must be de-labeled and have all hang tags or any paperwork removed prior to resale.
• Lots will be Less Than Truckload (LTL) - a truckload of liquidated inventory that is defined as containing 10 pallets or fewer.

BUYER REQUIREMENTS

You must have a valid, state-specific resale certificate. We recommend that you take a moment to review the list of forms by each state, as well as additional information on reseller certificates.

Merchandise will be shipped from Dubuque, IA, Phoenix, AZ and Lombard, IL.
