Product Conditions
Inventory Products consist primarily of customer returns, though may contain some company stock items that may not have been previously sold. The condition of the Inventory Products will vary, but all lots will contain a high percent of non-working and damaged items, some demonstrating signs of significant use. The Inventory Products are provided to you "as is" for purchase on the Site. The Seller warrants that buyer will receive good and marketable title to Merchandise purchased hereunder, but Seller hereby disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, non infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
B-Stock Product Conditions
New Condition
Unsold merchandise with no signs of use.
Like New Condition
Unsold merchandise with minimal signs of handling.
Scratch & Dent Appliances
Unused merchandise with signs of handling and/or warehouse exposure that is sellable without repairs needed.
Refurbished
Merchandise that has been repaired to full functionality but may have signs of wear or use unless otherwise specified.
Used - Good Condition
Merchandise with signs of use from handling and/or customer exposure that is sellable without repairs needed.
Used - Fair Condition
Merchandise with heavy signs of use from handling and/or customer exposure that is likely in need of repair prior to resale.
Salvage Condition
Merchandise requiring significant repairs prior to resale or else will be used for parts/components only.
Mixed Condition
Can include products of any quality, including salvage. There's no guarantee of one particular product condition unless specified in the manifest or auction details.
B-Stock Packaging Conditions
Original
Sealed, unopened packaging that may show signs of aging or contain stickers showing markdowns. Items include tags and may or may not be casepacked.
Open Box
Original packaging that has been opened or unsealed and may show signs of aging or contain stickers showing markdowns. Items include tags and may or may not be casepacked.
No Packaging
Loose items that are no longer in original retail packaging.
Damaged
Original packaging that is significantly flawed or blemished.
Non-Original
Not in original retail packaging. Items have been repackaged into generic packaging that includes but is not limited to plain cardboard boxes, poly bags, casepacks, protective packaging (plastic wrap, foam, corner covers), etc.
Mixed
Packaging may range from original retail packaging to damaged or missing packaging. There is no guarantee as to the ratio of packaging types present.
Security Tags Included
A percentage of items will still have security tags intact. Clearance markings, labels, or other sticker markings may be present.
Free of Security Tags
May contain original tags. Clearance markings, labels, or other sticker markings may be present.
