Why can’t I set reserves or starting bids over $100?

You may have noticed that for all lots listed on B-Stock Supply, the starting bid for all auctions is set to $100, with no reserves allowed. Through years of market observation and analysis, our team has determined that buyer engagement is maximized when lots appear most affordable, resulting in more bidding activity and higher sale prices for the auctions. 

With an Enterprise-tier subscription, a seller is not required to start auctions at $100, but high starting prices may not result in optimal marketplace performance.
