How soon after signup can I begin auctioning goods? Are there ever waiting periods?

For Entrepreneur- and Business-level accounts, our customer service team will review your signup once you submit all necessary information. They will activate your account within 1-2 business days, and you can begin selling as soon as you are approved. All auctions submitted before 4PM EST go live on the marketplace the following business day.

Enterprise-level accounts generally require up to 30 days to launch as the marketplaces are branded, and are governed by the seller’s Terms of Purchase and conditions, and other customized features. Note that all such accounts will have access to a dedicated Account Manager who will be able to answer any questions you may have about the process.
