| GRADE A | Untested, manufacturer-sealed inventory comprised of overstock and customer returns. |

| GRADE B | CDW refurbished overstock product. All items were checked and tested over 90 days ago and were functional and complete. Product may have minor cosmetic blemishes, including light scratches, dents, or scuffs on housing. |
| GRADE C | A mix of overstock product and CDW refurbished product that was returned by a CDW customer. Product is untested and may be functional, defective, slightly damaged, or incomplete. Product may have minor cosmetic blemishes, including light scratches, dents, or scuffs on housing. |
| GRADE C/D | A mix of CDW open box returns that are both tested and untested. Product may or may not be functional, defective, out of warranty, or incomplete. Some product may have cosmetic blemishes, such as light scratches, dents, or scuffs on housing. The lot will be comprised of 40-60% functional inventory but this percentage is not guaranteed and should be used as a general guideline for reference. |
| GRADE D | Product has been tested and found to be be incomplete, defective, out of warranty, or slightly damaged. Product may have minor cosmetic blemishes, including light scratches, dents, or scuffs on housing. (Custom servers, blades, and networking devices are untested.). Devices such as laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, and tablets may be still be locked to personal accounts (ex. Bios password locked, Apple iCloud Locked, or Google Account Locked, etc..). |
| Salvage TVs | All Salvage TVs will have cracked screens. Units have not been tested for any other functionality, unless noted as CDW Tested (see manifest). Product may have cosmetic blemishes, including scratches, dents, or scuffs on housing. All merchandise is sold as-is. |
| Used | A mix of used operational merchandise. Product is functional, however may have some cosmetic blemishes, such as light scratches, dents, or scuffs on housing. |
Inventory Products consist primarily of customer returns, though may contain some company stock items that may not have been previously sold. The condition of the Inventory Products will vary, but all lots will contain a high percent of non-working and damaged items, some demonstrating signs of significant use. Original packaging and accessories such as remote controls, cables, and instructions may or may not be included. The Inventory Products are provided to you "as is" for purchase on the Site. The Seller warrants that buyer will receive good and marketable title to Merchandise purchased hereunder, but Seller hereby disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
In some cases, item substitutions may be made to the manifest, but the lot will include the same value and unit count as presented. Merchandise is subject to up to 5% quantity variance per order, which is reflected in the agreed purchase price. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of any quantity discrepancy above 5% of the units of Merchandise ordered within 7 days after delivery of the Merchandise. There shall be no recourse for discrepancies below 5%.
