Who can apply?
Everyone can apply for Net Terms. Approval and total credit limit are based on your business information, including how much you spend per month on inventory and your credit history. Businesses registered as sole proprietorships are not eligible for Net Terms.
How long does approval take?
Most applications will receive a decision immediately but can take up to 3 business days for review.
What are the credit limits?
Credit limits are determined based on your business information and can grow over time with consistent, timely payments.
Are there any fees?
There is no cost to apply. If you decide to pay using Net Terms, a small fee will be added to your order.
Are Sole Proprietorships able to apply for Net Terms?
Currently sole proprietorships in North Carolina, California, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont are not supported. All other states are able to apply and use Net Terms through Balance.
Is my information secure?
Yes, Balance uses bank-level security with AES-256 encryption and is SOC 2 certified.

Net Terms will be available for all Sellers soon, with new Sellers being added every month. Our goal is to enable Net Terms for all Sellers by early next year.
