Terms and Conditions
Only B-Stock Blue auctions with the BG badge are eligible for the B-Stock Buyer Guarantee promotion. If your "pay to ship" time exceeds 5 business days, we will apply a B-Stock credit to your account equal to 100% of the shipping fee within 10 business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding B-Stock holidays. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day do not count as business days. The first business day is the day after payment is received. This credit can be used toward your next order to help reduce costs. This promotion excludes truckload orders.

Under your "Orders" page, locate your B-Stock Blue order. You will see the current status, including whether it has been shipped or if it’s still being processed.
